I’m different than most therapists out there. 

What makes working with me different? 

To understand that, let me tell you the quick story I went from miserable and lacking purpose to confident and driven and how I can help you do the same. It's why I became a therapist.

Since I was in my 20's I have been through times when I stuck and felt broken down. I felt like I lost the passion and drive for the work I did. Life, as it seemed was falling apart.

 I did not have the energy and ability to get myself to be productive. I would feel irritable on most days. 

This leads to feeling hopeless at times. I found myself spending time alone and avoiding being around people.

I struggled to figure out why I could not fix my family, be productive at work, and maintain a social life. Trapped in quicksand.

The more I struggled to escape my feelings and failed, the worse my problems became.

Did I lose touch with my WHY? The reason I decided to go to college and graduate school in the first place.

I tried self-help books and seeking advice from friends and pastors. but I could not stop myself from feeling depressed and anxious most days.

I searched for a therapist online and despite feeling  terribly nervous I made the leap and called. So I understand it is difficult to trust at first. 

My therapist was able to connect to me in a way others could not. Their lived experiences made a difference in feeling like NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH ME and I was NOT POWERLESS.

I became a therapist because I want to help people like you to feel like life is actually worth living. To discover, YOU ARE ENOUGH! and there is nothing wrong with you. It is exhausting feeling like a prisoner to your feelings and fear of being vulnerable.
